NCS333 は高精度オペアンプで、超低入力オフセット電圧 (最大 10 μV)、時間/温度範囲でほぼゼロドリフトです。高精度、低静止電流で、高インピーダンス入力は
コモンモード範囲 100 mV までレールを超えることができ、レール・ツー・レール出力振幅は 50 mV 以内です。NCS333 は 1.8 V 〜 5.5 V (デュアル電源では
±0.9 V 〜 ±2.75 V) の広電源範囲です。NCS333 ファミリは、従来の相補入力段に関連するクロスオーバーがなく、卓越した CMRR を示します。この設計により、
差動線形を劣化させることなくアナログ/デジタル・コンバータ (ADC) を駆動できる優れた性能を発揮します。NCS333 はコンパクトな SC70?5 および SOT23?5 パッケージで
